How to Obtain RPC Keys

To use Alpha Broker for managing wallets and automating transactions, you will need RPC keys for connecting to the Solana blockchain. Follow these steps to set up your keys for Testnet networks:

Step 1: Choose the Right RPC Provider

For Testnet operations, we recommend the following providers:

• Alchemy: For wallet balance checking and other read operations.

• Helius: For sending transactions with high reliability and low latency.

Step 2: Obtain an Alchemy RPC Key

1. Go to the Alchemy Website and create a free account if you don’t already have one.
2. Once logged in, create a new project:

   • Select Solana as the blockchain.

   • Choose Testnet as the network.

3. After creating the project, copy the provided RPC URL. This will serve as your RPC key for Checker operations in Alpha Broker.

Step 3: Obtain a Helius RPC Key

1. Visit the Helius Website and sign up for an account.
2. After logging in, create a new API key:

   • Select Solana as the blockchain.

   • Choose Testnet for testing purposes.

3. Copy the generated RPC URL. This will be your key for Sender operations in Alpha Broker.

Step 4: Configure RPC Keys in Alpha Broker

1. Open the Settings section in the Alpha Broker dashboard.

2. Navigate to RPC Keys.

3. Add the following keys:

   • Alchemy RPC Key for the Checker module.

   • Helius RPC Key for the Sender module.

4. Save your configuration.

Step 5: Test the Connection

• Use the built-in test functionality in Alpha Broker to verify your RPC keys.

• Ensure both Alchemy and Helius connections are active for optimal performance.

• Use Testnet RPC keys for testing and development. For mainnet operations, you will need Mainnet RPC keys.
